The Experience

Namaste! Thanks for stopping by. I hope you'll join me on my journey for a month or two or long-term. I have a pair of picturesque, riverfront hobby farms, each with a large 4-bedroom house. I have a small field of wild blueberries, half a dozen alpacas, and a small flock of free-range chickens. I'd love some help with the animals and projects around the farm.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I got exactly what I was looking for. This is a good place to learn new skills as Art will teach you how to do things and then leave you to work at your own pace, and doesn't like to micro-manage. Art is a lovely guy and a great cook. There is some beautiful scenery around and Art will recommend some of the best spots. This is a great experience to have if you're looking to learn new skills and connect with nature. It's more enjoyed if you're able to spend lots of time by yourself. I highly recommend the farm's Farm.

My stay with Art was absolutely incredible. We got along great, got lots done, and had some great talks. He has lots of great stories and is very kind. His animals are fun to care for and I enjoyed learning new ways to do lots of things. He is a great cook and taught me some new tips and tricks that I will definitely be trying :) I highly recommend giving Art and his farm a visit!

Hamptons Farm was a true farm experience. You got the chance to meet and work with the animals and to do projects around. If your don' t have experience is a good place to learn how to do fencing, bush cleaning, feeding the animals, cleaning their spaces and work with the Alpaca wool. Art is friendly and respectful, also a good cook, and he will teach you his sistem and then give you freedom to work at your own peace.

The farm was my first volunteering and what a wonderful experience. Art is an incredible host, he opened the doors of his home, I feel part of his family, we shared very interesting conversations. He also cooked delicious food for me and I always felt at home. Its the perfect place to disconnect from everything, with the meadows, the rivers, the waterfalls and the sea that has so much magic. I enjoy taking care of animals, alpacas are extremely curious and chickens will steal your heart. It is a great place to learn to go slow disconect from city life and conect with nature.
